Our topic this term: HUMAN BODY

In science this half term, we will be learning all about the human body. We will begin our learning finding out about the human skeleton, how muscles work and the journey of food through the digestive system.

We will research human bones, look at x-rays and compare them to the skeletons of other animals. You will also have the opportunity to make your own model of a pair of muscles and investigate how they work, take part in group presentations and contribute to a life size model of the digestion process.

Please bring into school any research or objects that you think are relevant to this topic and share them with the rest of the class.
